30 Day Challenge Day 5-9

Hey guys,

I'm still trying to stick to the challenge but I really think its pointless for me. But maybe it can help other people, so I'll continue to report.

Day 5: Don't complain the whole day

This was the most difficult for me. You've probably noticed I can be quite negative. I didn't manage to excel at this but compared to other days I think I did okay. I started complaining in the evening so I count that as a win.

Day 6: Create a space for relaxation

My bedroom. But I've already decorated it the way I want (minimalistic) and other than placing a candle on the night stand I didn't really see what else I could do.

Day 7: Turn off all notifications

I couldn't really do that because I use Viber for work but I didn't check every little thing.

Day 8: Clear out your make-up collection and/or your skincare collection

I got rid of 2 lipsticks. I honestly don't have much.

My skincare is growing rapidly as I have a monthly subscription to Kibrit but I use almost everything and what I don't use I either give it away or it's just waiting its turn.

Day 9: Prepare food for 3 days

I already do that however, I do it for two days since 3 seems a bit too much.

PanThatPalette: Update #1

Hey guys, I think it's time for an update on the Pan That Palette Challenge. It's not going great actually, because most days I don't feel like putting on makeup before work. At first I was motivated and wanted to make progress as fast as possible but when I wake up in the mornings it's not on my priority list. I've hit a pan only on one color as you can see from the photo. And I've made my peace with the fact I'm not going to really use about 5 colors, which are Skylight, Transformer, Midnight Rainbow, Smoothie and Blacqua. I've tried to incorporate them in some looks but they're just too dark. And I suck at makeup so it's extra hard for me to not look like clown and a mess while wearing these colors. However, I did use all of the colors at some point even if just to take it off again in a few minutes, which in a way is a milestone for me, because I would never even think to put on black eye shadow. Book Review: The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood

“Better never means better for everyone... It always means worse, for some.” Hey guys, it's time for another book review, as the 2018 Reading Challenge is going great. This is the fifth book that I've read in January. As you know I read Alias Grace by Atwood at the beginning of the month and I was amazed by the story and the writing. Book Review: 24 Girls in 7 Days by Alex Bradley

Hey guys, I think by now, with total two of my book reviews, it's been established that I start my book reviews with a standout quote from the book. Not it this case. Why? Because it f****** sucked. Now you may ask yourselves why did I bother to read it? I read the book in two days, which isn't because it was sooo amazing and I couldn't put it down. It was because it was an extremely easy and quick read. And as I mentioned I've set a reading goal - 50 books in a year. And the best summarization of this book is this: It starts promising and fails miserably. Spoilers The first few chapters were funny and entertaining.
